DukesHill have painstakingly recreated a recipe dating back to 1781 to produce their spectacular bone in Shropshire Black Ham. The ham's distinctive black rind is created thanks to a two-week marinading process, during which the ham is submerged in a mouthwatering blend of juniper berries, spices and rich molasses. Packed full of flavour, cooked and ready to eat.
Whole ham will serve 35+ people.
Holders of a prestigious Royal Warrant since 2003, DukesHill began producing their mouthwatering Wiltshire hams back in 1985, strictly adhering to traditional curing and smoking methods to create a showstopping table centrepiece for any special occasion.
