A two star winner at the Great Taste Awards 2020, this wonderfully fruity, smoky chilli jam from the Welsh Smokery is made with British-grown Aji Limon (Lemon Drop) chillies and a touch of pepper.

The Welsh Smokery slowly smoke their chillies to bring a whole new dimension to this sweet chilli jam, making it ideal for pairing with fish, burgers or cheese - you can even mix it with a little bit of mayo to make an incredible dip. 

The Welsh Smokery (or Welshhomestead Smokery to give it its full name) is an award-winning smokehouse set on the edges of the Welsh Cambrian Mountains.

Using what they call the ancient magic of cold smoking combined with the latest technology, Claire and her team at the smokery create unusual flavour combinations infused with the simple taste and smell of woodsmoke.
