A soft, mushroom truffle pâté-style spread. Nettle Foods make this creamy, intensely umami spread from the excess liquid of Symplicity's mushroom and vegetable ferments, making this a completely zero-waste product. The liquid is combined with fermented cashews, fresh lemon juice, white truffle oil and a splash of maple syrup. Immense when stirred through pasta or dipped with crusty bread.
