Reimagining traditional practices in their artisan Lincolnshire factory, stone melangers grind an exquisite blend of secret ingredients over three days. The result is a wonderfully smooth, undeniably creamy chocolate made without milk.

Cocoa Solids: Minimum 49%

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Solids (Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Cocoa Nibs), Sweetened Oat Powder (22%) [Dehydrated Oat Syrup, Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Dipotassium Phosphate, Salt, Tricalcium Phosphate], Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithins).

Typical Values per 100g: Energy 2281kJ/546kcal – Fat 31g - of which saturates 18g – Carbohydrate 63g - of which sugars 45g- Fibre 0.9g - Protein 2.6g - Salt 0.23g.

Please store the chocolate in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
