Reimagining traditional practices in their artisan Lincolnshire factory, stone melangers grind an exquisite blend of secret ingredients over three days. The result is a wonderfully smooth, undeniably creamy chocolate made without milk.

Cocoa Solids: Minimum 49%

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Solids (Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Nibs), Raisins (18%) [Raisins, Sunflower Oil], Sweetened Oat Powder (14%) [Dehydrated Oat Syrup, Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Dipotassium Phosphate, Salt, Tricalcium Phosphate], Roasted Almonds (Nuts) (7%), Roasted Hazelnuts (Nuts) (3%), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithins).

Typical Values per 100g: Energy 2121kJ/507kcal – Fat 28g - of which saturates 13g – Carbohydrate 59g - of which sugars 46g- Fibre 1.8g - Protein 4.6g - Salt 0.15g.

Please store the chocolate in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
