This streaky bacon from Primrose Herd has been cold smoked over beechwood using traditional methods to deliver a light smoky flavour that perfectly complements the bacon. Cut to a medium thickness for the perfect crisp.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Doesn’t shrink!
