Primrose Herd produce their juicy, thick cut bacon chops from native breed pigs on their family farm in Cornwall. They're dry cured by hand, and best served grilled. You can choose regular, or a beechwood smoked version.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.
