The Yorkshire Pasta Company make their award-winning fusilli (spirals as they're known locally) with flour grown and milled in Yorkshire - just a few miles from their HQ. They slow dry their pasta for maximum nutritional value, and use a traditional bronze-drawn method to create a slightly rough texture that allows sauce to cling on.

Delicious in a punchy bolognese sauce, this exquisite fusilli is made without eggs, making it vegan friendly, and comes in environmentally friendly paper packaging.

Founded in 2020 by Yorkshire native Kathryn, The Yorkshire Pasta Company has rapidly become one of the UK's most celebrated pasta producers - and it's easy to see why. Kathryn and the team make no compromises in their process - starting with the highest quality locally milled flour as a base, which is then mixed, shaped and air dried at a slow, natural pace to preserve the nutritional value and maximise the flavour. Completely free from eggs, this vegan-friendly pasta has won multiple Great Taste Awards, been featured as a favourite by James Martin, and has even been honoured as a top brand by The Guild of Fine Food.
