Northern Pasta Co

Northern Pasta Co brings a fresh take to one of the world’s most loved staples - using British-grown wheat and time-honoured Italian techniques to craft outstanding artisan pasta. From farm to fork, every batch begins with regeneratively farmed grains sourced from Northern England, milled slowly to retain their full flavour and nutritional value. The result? Pasta with a deliciously nutty taste, high in protein and naturally rich in fibre.

Their Rigatoni - with its wide ridges and hollow centre -is perfect for catching rich sauces, from slow-cooked ragù to creamy wild mushroom. Meanwhile, the Fusilli, with its signature spiral twist, is ideal for lighter sauces and pestos, holding texture beautifully while staying satisfyingly al dente.

Unlike mass-produced pasta, Northern Pasta is cut with traditional bronze dies and dried slowly, giving it a rougher surface that clings to sauce and elevates every bite. It’s pasta as it should be - wholesome, flavourful, and made with care.

Serve Northern Pasta Co’s range simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, or pair it with artisan cheese, a glass of wine, or a selection of British charcuterie for a perfect dinner party spread. Whether you’re cooking midweek or making a weekend feast, this is pasta worth slowing down for.
