This award-winning butter is made from 100% pasture fed cows' milk, providing a delicious creaminess and uniquely light texture. Your crumpets will never be the same again.

Hollis Mead represents "wholesome, old school, natural dairy" from their wild, organic farm in west Dorset. Their ethos is simple: they feed their cows purely on grass and wild flowers that grow in their fields, and they only milk them once a day. This means they produce less milk per cow than the average industrial dairy farm, but the positive impact on their cows' health is immeasurable – and you can taste the difference in their delicious milk, butter, cream and yoghurt.
