A beautifully rich and mature Shropshire Black Ham from DukesHill, hand sliced to perfection by their master butchers and produced using the finest quality outdoor reared British pork.

Made exclusively by DukesHill to a recipe dating back to 1781, this dry-cured ham is similar in taste and texture to a classic York ham, taken to the next level thanks to a three month maturation process that sees the whole ham submerged in a gorgeous blend of molasses, juniper and spices.

Holders of a prestigious Royal Warrant since 2003, DukesHill began producing their mouthwatering Wiltshire hams back in 1985, strictly adhering to traditional curing and smoking methods to create a showstopping table centrepiece for any special occasion.
