An award-winning slow-cooked crispy aromatic half duck from DukesHill, deliciously tender and rich in flavours of star anise and pink peppercorns. Simply heat in the oven at home to crisp up the skin, shred and serve with pancakes, hoisin sauce and sliced cucumber.
