Nestled in the lush Norfolk Fenlands, Bramblebee Farm is led by Paul Day and his family – first-generation regenerative farmers who cultivate their own wheat and barley to feed their livestock. Old Spot pigs and grass-fed native cow breeds like Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloways, all crossed with Shorthorn Bulls, roam freely between the farm's meadows and RSPB wetlands.
