Hawkridge Distillers, founded in 2018 by Phil, James, and Robin, is located in the picturesque North Wessex Downs, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The distillery’s journey began with a shared passion for creating super-premium spirits, rooted in traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients. Their inaugural product, "The Blowing Stone" London Dry Gin, quickly garnered acclaim, winning “The Best London Dry in England Award” at the World Gin Awards.

The distillery operates from a restored 17th-century barn in Hampstead Norreys, a location rich in heritage and charm. This setting not only provides a beautiful backdrop but also aligns with the founders’ dedication to craftsmanship and authenticity. Hawkridge Distillers pride themselves on their meticulous production process, which includes sourcing botanicals from the surrounding countryside, ensuring their gins are imbued with the essence of their natural environment.
