Cut from the meatiest part of the belly, these pork belly squares from Primrose Herd are a real treat, with a good layer of fat to keep them juicy during the cook. The skin has been left on and scored to produce some amazing crackling, and you'll receive 2x 500g squares.

Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour.
