Berkshire and the Caribbean collide in Hawkridge's five year oak-barrel aged golden rum. Before maturation in bourbon oak casks, Hawkridge have gone above and beyond to source the finest rums from Trinidad, Dominican Republic and Venezuela - specially selected for their quality and rich molasses flavour. Expect notes of orange and vanilla on the palate, followed by a sweet and nutty finish. Serve neat with ice.
