The original Bath Soft Cheese - soft and yielding with a white rind and creamy ivory coloured interior when cut. Said to be a favourite of Admiral Lord Nelson, you'll taste notes of mushrooms and a hint of lemon. It comes in a four inch square, wrapped in parchment paper and sealed with red wax.
