This streaky bacon from Primrose Herd has been cold smoked over beechwood using traditional methods to deliver a light smoky flavour that perfectly complements the bacon. Cut to a medium thickness for the perfect crisp.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.

    Doesn’t shrink!

    I’m sick of supermarket bacon shrinking under the grill. Super high quality, delicious and no shrinkage!
