We're delighted to announce our new partnership with Sawley Kitchen, an artisan family-run bakery based in the heart of North Yorkshire.
Founded by Robin and Nicky Jaques, Sawley Kitchen has been crafting delicious, handmade sweet and savoury treats since 2012, using vintage family recipes and a steadfast commitment to quality. As a former manager at the celebrated Betty's of Harrogate (the indisputable leader in British confectionery), Nicky has brought her wealth of bakery knowledge to Sawley Kitchen.
Their range includes savoury crackers, fluffy meringues, cookies, and buttery shortbread fingers – perfect for dunking with a cup of tea.
From humble beginnings with a single commercial oven named Bridgitte, Sawley Kitchen has flourished, providing their award-winning biscuits to farm shops, delis, cafes, and prestigious 5-star hotels like The Ritz London and The Grand in York.
Today, Nicky and her children, Dan and Loz, continue to uphold this legacy of excellence and their ethos of “never compromising on the quality of your ingredients”.
