This stunning Wiltshire gin from Witchmark Distillery is a celebration of all things floral, citrus and herbal, with just the slightest hint of spice. 

Strong notes of juniper are beautifully balanced by punches of lime and grapefruit, with a soft and fragrant complexity delivered through the delicate taste of lavender, orange blossom and jasmine. You'll notice a wave of warming ginger and basil at the end, with the addition of sloe adding a touch of sweetness.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A bouquet of lavender, jasmine, and orange blossom, with a citrusy lift from lime and grapefruit.

Palate: Fresh and zesty, with a warming hint of ginger and the savoury depth of basil. The delicate sweetness of sloe lingers beneath the botanical brightness.

Finish: Floral and long-lasting, with a balance of citrus tang and herbaceous spice. Pair with elderflower tonic and garnish with fresh basil or grapefruit peel for a sophisticated serve.

Nestled in the historic village of Fonthill Bishop, Wiltshire, Witchmark Distillery produces exceptional small-batch British vodka and gin. Operating from a Grade II listed barn dating back to the 1600s, the distillery blends heritage with modern craftsmanship. 

Sustainability is central to Witchmark's ethos. They source barley from Fonthill Farm, a local regenerative agriculture system, and generate solar energy through a 100kW array on their warehouse roof in partnership with Nadder Community Energy. Their stills are powered by bio-liquid propane gas recovered from eco road fuel production, and they employ state-of-the-art heat recovery in their production process.
