A beautifully crisp and pale English white wine from the multi-award winning Poulton Hill Estate, produced with a blend of Phoenix and Seyval grapes grown in their stunning Cotswolds vineyard.

You'll notice elderflower and herbaceous undertones on the nose, followed by crisp and balanced flavours on the palate that's bursting with pear, gooseberry and creamy apple. An ideal English wine for drinking on its own, or pairing with pasta, seafood or Thai food!

Nestled in the idyllic Cotswold countryside, Poulton Hill Estate has been producing an award-winning range of English wines and spirits since 2010. Benefiting from the warm and sunny south-facing slopes of their estate, their 10,000 strong vines now produce close to 20,000 bottles of wine per year, with every single grape harvested by hand.

Sustainability is at the very heart of their ethos. Two flocks of rare breed Old English Babydoll Southdown sheep are deployed solely to fertilise the soil around the grapes, grazing on wildflowers that have been planted to encourage a healthy insect population.
