The first single malt from Scotland's Summerhall Distillery, this tipple is aged for 10 years in just five specially selected casks.

You'll notice vanilla toffee and apple pie on the nose, a wonderfully smooth texture with a sweet taste, before a final finish of kitchen spices and a hint of peat-smoke. Exquisite neat, or with just a couple of drops of water to enhance the sweetness and open up the smoky notes. 40% ABV. 

Based in the heart of Edinburgh, Summerhall Distillery has been creating award-winning spirits since 2014 - when they opened their doors, they became the first exclusive gin distillery to be established in Edinburgh for over 150 years. Since then they've expanded their range of exquisite gins, inked partnerships with an ever-growing number of prestigious brands (Cunard, British Airways, and the Royal Yacht Britannia to name a few), and even launched their very own whiskey.
