Inspired by New York cocktail masters, Original Pickle Juice is made by pickling sliced cucumbers in a secret blend of punchy spices, before straining to produce a smooth, strong flavoured juice. For the ultimate experience, use as a chaser to a whisky shot - known as a Pickleback in the States. 

Each 500ml bottle is produced and bottled on their family farm in Suffolk using natural, vegan friendly ingredients. 

Established in Hackney in 2014 by passionate pickler Florence, The Pickle House was born out of a desire to create the perfect cocktail mixer - a staple in trendy New York bars.

They now create a range of award-winning pickle juices and spiced mixes, all produced and hand bottled on their family farm in Suffolk. Whether you're looking for the perfect 0% alcohol Bloody Mary, or a new way to spice up your cocktails and smoothies, The Pickle House has you covered.
