Created in Worthing but inspired by a Trinidadian recipe passed down through the generations, Boom Sauce is on a mission to bring a kick of spice and a little bit of Trini love to your kitchen cupboard. Every bottle produced by Maryann and her team is gluten-free, vegan friendly and created with 100% natural ingredients.

Ingredients: Red Pepper, Red Chilli (23.9%), Rapeseed Oil, Cider Vinegar, Scotch Bonnet Chilli (6%), Lemon Juice, Garlic, Basil, Salt, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Hops (0.1%) and a Pinch of Trini Love.
