BOHNS Rubs & Seasonings have expanded their rub range with this punchy spice mix, ideal for the barbecue crowd that appreciates just a touch of heat.

This is a medium level spice rub, with the heat from the chillies wonderfully balanced with sugar and capsicum. Be sure to apply plenty of rub, and leave it to "sweat" into the meat for at least an hour to enhance the flavour. It's also gluten free!
