A quintessentially English ham, this perfectly cured York Ham has been cured and matured for at least 10 weeks, developing a tantalisingly rich flavour that's slightly drier and saltier than a Wiltshire ham. A proper deli-style ham that's perfect for sandwiches, charcuterie boards or simply eating straight from the pack!
