Based in Woolwich Arsenal, the team at Merchants Mill source their raw ingredients from trusted farmers who share their passion for organic grains, before using their micro-mill to grind fresh, organic flour each and every day. The grains are specifically selected from each crop for their superior flavour and nutritional content, and adhere to Trace20Origin principles - you can scan any bag of Merchants Mill flour to trace it back to the exact crop from which it was harvested.
