A richly savoury Scottish Farmhouse Cheddar, made to the same recipe by Isle of Mull Cheese since 1980. Created from raw cow's milk, clothbound and matured for up to 16 months, this full bodied Cheddar is cut to order directly from a whole 25kg wheel. Available in a range of cuts, from small wedge to an entire wheel.
Produced on Sgriob-ruadh farm, Isle of Mull’s award-winning farmhouse cheese is made from raw milk and then matured for at least a year in their cellars. The result is an incredibly mature, slightly dry cheese that boasts richly savoury and boozy flavours. We love their Farmhouse variety: it’s strong, rich and slightly drier in texture than your usual farmhouse cheddar, and their Hebridean blue cheese is strong, creamy and decadent.
