A unique opportunity to get up close and personal to Beal's Farm's exquisite herd of Mangalitza pigs, and learn how to make your own charcuterie. This full day private course is available for groups of up to 8. You'll spend the day with Beal's Farm's team of charcuterie masters at the Eridge Park Estate, gaining a greater understanding of what makes the breed so special. You'll also be taken through the entire charcuterie making process from cut selection to dry curing and air drying, as well as tastings along the way.

Beal's Farm, located in the heart of Eridge Park Estate, is home to a cherished herd of outdoor reared Mangalitsa pigs, known for their quality and unique flavour. Thanks to the environment Beal's rear their pigs in, as well as their meat selection and production process, the quality of their charcuterie is undeniable. It’s a real labour of love, endorsed by several Michelin-starred chefs, including Marcus Wareing.
