Handmade in small batches using milk from the very same day, this triple cream cheese has rich notes of wild flowers, native pastures and deep mushroom. An incredible cheese.

Hollis Mead represents "wholesome, old school, natural dairy" from their wild, organic farm in west Dorset. Their ethos is simple: they feed their cows purely on grass and wild flowers that grow in their fields, and they only milk them once a day. This means they produce less milk per cow than the average industrial dairy farm, but the positive impact on their cows' health is immeasurable – and you can taste the difference in their delicious milk, butter, cream and yoghurt.
