Caerwent use only the finest quality beans, fairly sourced, fermented and dried by small family farms in Columbia - beans that are recognised with the coveted "Fino De Aroma" classification, placing them amongst the top 8% of cocoa beans in the world. Made with 45% cocoa solids, you'll get a rich chocolate flavour and silky smooth texture, with the addition of Madagascan vanilla pods to add a touch of luxury.
