For 30 years, the team at Hoardweel Wagyu have been rearing the very finest free range Wagyu cattle and Berkshire pigs on their family farm in the Scottish Borders. Their meat is butchered just 16 miles away from the farm and only sold direct, guaranteeing the lowest food miles possible.
