Their meat is butchered just 16 miles away from the farm and only sold direct, guaranteeing the lowest food miles possible.

Hoardweel Wagyu

Hoardweel Wagyu, located in the Scottish Borders, is dedicated to producing premium Wagyu beef and Berkshire pork. Owners David and Elaine ensure the health and wellbeing of their livestock through hands-on management. Their Wagyu beef, known for its tender, buttery flavour, owes its richness to the fine marbling that bastes the meat internally. The farm's cattle are crossbred with Beef Shorthorns, enhancing their quality. Grass-fed on sustainable grazing systems, the cattle produce beef rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, offering health benefits alongside exceptional taste.

Hoardweel's Wagyu beef includes a variety of cuts such as fillet, sirloin, ribeye, and brisket, all available for UK-wide delivery. The cattle lead a stress-free life, moving through paddocks daily to emulate natural grazing habits, which improves soil health and carbon sequestration.
