This stoneground, low heat dried conchiglie pasta is made from white spelt flour - a fantastic source of iron, calcium and fibre. Pastificio Carleschi use traditional methods to preserve the full nutritional value of their pastas, with the choice of ancient grain white spelt giving a delicious nutty flavour to the final product. The 400g pack comes in plastic free packaging, while the 4kg option comes in a paper sack. Cook for 9 minutes for al dente.

Made with stoneground white spelt. Spelt is an excellent source of carbohydrates and dietary fibre. It is particularly rich in iron, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and niacin (vitamin B3) as well as micronutrients such as calcium and vitamin E.
