British grown emmer and fava beans sourced from local British regenerative farmers provide the flour for this unique sedani rigati pasta. A velvety rough surface and intense sweet flavour make this perfect for rich meaty sauces. The 400g pack comes in plastic free packaging, while the 4kg option comes in a paper sack. Cook for 8 minutes for al dente.
