The ultimate centrepiece for your festive table, these incredible free range Bronze turkeys are sourced by Primrose Herd from Appledore in Kent. Turkey crowns are an ideal choice for those prefer faster cooking times and a greater proportion of white meat.

The birds are raised slowly to full maturity to the highest welfare standards, allowing them to develop a rich flavour in a natural environment. They're then dry plucked by hand and hung to dry for at least a week to develop a mature flavour.

Your turkey will come wrapped in greaseproof paper, along with a sprig of rosemary, vacuum-packed giblets, a pop-up timer and an easy-to-follow timings sheet.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.

Perfect Crown
This was my first Bronze turkey and it was delicious. It took to basting well and was moist and tender. I had a 4kg piece and could have shaved 10mins off the cooking time, as a large piece it continued to cook during resting. This crown stretched to two other meals and eveey part was used with tasty results!
