Primrose Herd have cured and smoked their ham hocks over natural beechwood for a deliciously subtle smoky flavour. You can roast or boil these great value cuts, which can then be served hot or cold. You'll receive 2 ham hocks, and can choose an unsmoked version.

Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.
