The latest addition to Pattingham's selection, their Sparkling White is a 50/50 Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir Précoce blend. Crisp and well-balanced, with delicate fruit undertones and a citrusy aroma, this sparkling wine has been tank aged for 9 months, and spent 24 months on lees. 11.5% ABV.

Nestled on the south facing slopes of the Staffordshire countryside, owners Martin, Jane & Stevie Wilcox have been cultivating grapes in perfect growing conditions at Pattingham Vineyard since 2018. With readily available natural spring water, well-draining soil and a completely chemical free environment, Pattingham Vineyard have created a fantastic selection of local white, red and rosé wines.
