Ideal with chunkier sauces or baked pasta dishes, this fantastic Mezzi Rigatoni is made with stoneground wholegrain emmer, and then dried at super low temperatures to keep the vitamins and minerals inside. Aromas of hazelnut and toasted walnut come through thanks the ancient grain, which is also rich in fibre and protein. The 400g pack comes in plastic free packaging, while the 4kg options comes in a paper sack. Cook for 9 minutes for al dente.
