    Proper soup ingredient

    If you have a good recipe this makes the most wonderful ox tail soup. I made it for the in-laws who reminisced about it after I made it for myself at Christmas. It was an instant hit. 48 hours in red wine is a good start followed by 4 hours cooking. Add some sharp balsamic vinegar at the end with some marmite for something special.
