The master butchers at Kent-based Farm Butchers have sourced the finest cuts of free roaming salt marsh lamb from herds that graze across the Romney Marshes on a natural diet of grasses and samphire. You'll receive half an entire lamb, consisting of:

  • 1 x leg of lamb on the bone
  • 1 x shoulder of lamb on the bone
  • 1 x breast of lamb on the bone
  • 1 x rack of lamb
  • 3 x boneless chump chops
  • 3 x Barnsley chops
  • 1 x lamb neck fillets
