Handmade without a single piece of machinery on their family farm in Suffolk, this cultured cream is thicker than clotted, and will transform everything from puddings and cakes to pasta and sauces. Smooth and buttery with a delicious level of sharpness, the delicate flavours of the farm's pastures shine through in the taste.

All of their award-winning cheeses, butters and ghees are produced from a happy herd of Montbeliarde cows - the absolute top breed for cheesemaking - who are free to roam the fertile marshland of the Waveney River Valley. As well as producing the Michelin-star chef favourite Baron Bigod cheese and a variety of other exciting dairy products, the team at Fen Farm are dedicated to sustainably farming their land and protecting the local ecosystems - they're on a mission to becoming carbon negative, souring the majority of their energy from renewable sources and taking a low-intervention approach to farming.
