Bramblebee Farms dry cure their hams by hand in a secret blend of spices, salt and sugar for at least 2 weeks to produce their incredible whole gammons, produced exclusively from free range Old Spot pigs. Slice up and grill, or cover in honey & mustard for a slow roast.

Nestled in the lush Norfolk Fenlands, Bramblebee Farm is led by Paul Day and his family – first-generation regenerative farmers who cultivate their own wheat and barley to feed their livestock. Old Spot pigs and grass-fed native cow breeds like Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloways, all crossed with Shorthorn Bulls, roam freely between the farm's meadows and RSPB wetlands. The result is sausages, pork and beef cuts of the very highest quality.

Fabulous gammon
A last minute whim just before Christmas, I decided to look for a nitrate free Christmas ham. Everywhere had sold out ( of course!) but then I found FarmFetch. Super fast delivery, and the ham was amazing - super tasty. Will be ordering this again - and not just for Christmas. Great packaging, too. Would give 6 stars!
