The ultimate ready-made cheese board from Isle of Mull Cheese, featuring their four classic handmade cheeses. This selection box contains:

1 x Medium wedge of Isle of Mull Farmhouse Cheddar (approx 350-410g)
1 x Medium wedge of Hebridean Blue (approx 375-410g)
1 x 200g waxed whisky cheese
1 x 200g portion of smoked cheese

Produced on Sgriob-ruadh farm, Isle of Mull’s award-winning farmhouse cheese is made from raw milk and then matured for at least a year in their cellars. The result is an incredibly mature, slightly dry cheese that boasts richly savoury and boozy flavours. We love their Farmhouse variety: it’s strong, rich and slightly drier in texture than your usual farmhouse cheddar, and their Hebridean blue cheese is strong, creamy and decadent.

Best Before dates are 90 days from the date the cheese is cut for the Isle of Mull cheddar, and 45 days for the Blue. Cutting the cheese usually only takes place a few days before the order is posted.

All weights are approximate.

The cheese is best stored in the fridge. Remove and leave at room temperature a few hours before eating!

Accurate description
Each cheese full of flavour. Farmhouse cheddar the favourite. Beautifully hand cut and wrapped individually. A great gift for cheese lovers.
