This Great Taste award-winning Casarecce pairs fantastically with creamy, vegetable dishes. Made using stoneground ancient emmer grain and dried at low temperatures to maintain its full nutritional value, it's rich in fibre, protein and antioxident compounds. You'll taste notes of hazelnut, toasted walnut & dark chocolate. The 400g pack comes in plastic free packaging, while the 4kg options comes in a paper sack. Cook for 9 minutes for al dente.
