A world first from Isle of Bute Distillery, their truly unique gin is made using the shells of wild Scottish Loch Fyne oysters, imparting a subtle maritime essence that pairs beautifully with the citrusy botanicals. With a smooth, savoury flavour profile, it makes the best martini - but has to be tried neat to really appreciate this one of a kind tipple. ABV 43%.

Isle of Bute Distillery was launched in 2018, inspired by the incredible scenery around Scotland's west coast, and the wilderness on the island itself. They now produce small batch craft gin using a traditional 200L copper still, using locally sourced botanicals that are foraged from the island and beyond. The master distillers are constantly experimenting with new flavours and combinations, so you'll always find something new.
