A true DukesHill classic. Their signature Boneless Wiltshire ham has been made using the same meticulous process since 1985, delivering an incredibly moist and tender ham that simply melts in the mouth. Their hams are brined for up to a week in a top secret brine mix, before maturing for a further week to intensify the flavour. Enjoy hot or cold, with the option of adding your own glaze for a personal twist - we find a classic honey and mustard glaze really complements the ham's rich flavour. Available in a variety of sizes to feed yourself or the whole family.
Holders of a prestigious Royal Warrant since 2003, DukesHill began producing their mouthwatering Wiltshire hams back in 1985, strictly adhering to traditional curing and smoking methods to create a showstopping table centrepiece for any special occasion. Since then, the range has expanded to include everything from traditionally made bacon, sausages & terrines, through to an exquisite range of slow cooked pork and even handmade ciders.
