Organic white spelt flour provides a rich nutty flavour to this award-winning mezzi rigatoni from Pastificio Carleschi. Stoneground and slow dried to preserve the nutritional value, this pasta is perfect for chunky meat sauces. The 400g pack comes in plastic free packaging, while the 4kg option comes in a paper sack. Cook for 8 minutes for al dente.
