A white spelt version of Pastificio Carleschi's award-winning casarecce pasta. Made using the same traditional method, this pasta is a rich source of carbohydrates and fibre, with the stonegrinding and low heat drying preserving the vitamins. The 400g pack comes in plastic free packaging, while the 4kg option comes in a paper sack. Cook for 9 minutes for al dente.

Made with stoneground white spelt. Spelt is an excellent source of carbohydrates and dietary fibre. It is particularly rich in iron, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and niacin (vitamin B3) as well as micronutrients such as calcium and vitamin E.
