A Great Taste award-winning Gigli Rigati, crafted with stoneground wholegrain einkorn and dried at low temperatures to maintain its full nutritional value. Einkorn is an ancient grain that's bursting with flavour - you'll detect hints of honey, vanilla and cinnamon. It's also prized for its high protein content, and safe for most gluten allergies. The 400g pack comes in plastic free packaging, while the 4kg options comes in a paper sack. Cook for 8 minutes for al dente.
